Notts Dub provides ground level support for urban artists, performers and associated industries in and around Nottingham. We are currently in our infancy here at Nottingham Dub and would welcome your input and support to help promote this concept to the wider internet community.
Music
Nottingham has produced some great musicians over the last 30 years and our job here at Notts Dub is to help promote them. There was a thriving roots reggae scene in the late 70’s and early 80’s, many of the artists are still performing to this day.
There is also a number of up-and-coming musicians that you also need to lookout for, so sit back and relax while you listen to some great music from the city of Nottingham.

2011 Nottingham Caribbean Carnival
The 2011 Nottingham Carnival was one of the best I have been to in years. The Carnival procession winded its way through the city to the Forest recreation ground where I was greeted by the loud bass and smell of BBQ food in the air.
The artists performing on the day were the legendary Ken Boothe - backed by the Mafia & Fluxy Band, Dawn Penn, Macka B, Stylo G, Too Tone & Jah Digga and Nikisha. View the photo gallery
